WORKSHOP :

Workshop is spread over 2325 Sq. Mtr. with 80% covered by RCC Slab & A.C Sheets. EOT Overhead Crane with 12.5 Mtr. Span x 45 Mtr. Long x 9 Mtr. Clear height x 15000 Kgs Lifting Capacity EOT Overhead Crane with 10.5 Mtr. Span x 53 Mtr. long x 9 Mtr. Clear Height x 7000 Kgs Lifting Capacity. Electric Power 440 V, 120 H.P., 50 Hz, AC.

SURFACE PREPARATION :

Fully equipped two nos. of blasting units with 175-CFM diesel drive & 150-CFM electric Drive Air Compressors with all accessories for surface preparation to clean the substrate & get good adhesion properties between substrate and rubber.

RUBBER LINING :

We have Qualified and experienced Rubber Technocrafts to design the Rubber compound desire to client's specifications.

Two nos. of Rubber Mixing mills for homogeneous mixing of the Rubber & Compounded ingredients.

Three Roller Calender machine with conveyer system to get blister free & ply-up constructed endless Rubber sheets.

To maintain the Rubber lining work, we have team of qualified engineers and skilled-experienced workers to plan & complete any amount of work in time.

AUTOCLAVE VULCANISATION :

To Vulcanised the rubber we are equipped with 4 Nos. of autoclaves including India's Largest Autoclave Having size - 5.20 Mtr. Dia x 8.50 Mtr. Long & 3.25 Mtr. Di. x 9.00 Mtr. Long, to maintain the vulcanisation procedure as per IS 4682 PART-I & BS 6374 under controlled steam pressure & temperature. We are equipped with 2 Nos. of steam boilers having 600 & 700 Kgs. steam capacity for executing jobs at works and at site respectively.

QUALITY ASSURANCE :

We have separate internal inspection department for stage wise internal inspection of each important step of end product.
